Inspired by the relaxed elegance of 1970s Riviera architecture, the house combines generous living spaces with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Natural textures, vintage references, beautiful textiles, and carefully chosen details create interiors that feel inviting rather than formal, sophisticated rather than extravagant.
Stretching all the way to the shoreline, the estate offers exceptional freedom and space for families and groups travelling together. Days are spent moving effortlessly between swimming, sport, long lunches beneath shaded pergolas, afternoons in the garden, and evenings gathered around the outdoor table overlooking the sea.
Arranged across a main residence and an independent guest house, Agape accommodates up to twelve guests while allowing everyone to enjoy both togetherness and privacy. At the heart of the experience is a discreet live-in team who prepare daily breakfast and quietly ensure that life at the villa unfolds with ease.

What we love most about Agape is its effortless spirit. Children disappear into the gardens, teenagers gravitate towards the sports facilities and the sea, adults gather around long lunches and evening drinks, and everyone naturally finds themselves spending more time outdoors.
As with many waterfront properties along the Athens Riviera, Agape is situated within a residential area rather than on a fully isolated estate. While the property itself feels generous and private, neighbouring homes are present in the surrounding area. Guests seeking complete seclusion may wish to consider this when choosing their ideal house.
The property also enjoys direct access to the sea via a ladder from a public rocky platform. In addition, an animated sandy public beach can be reached through a public coastal path within approximately four minutes on foot.
