Inspired by monastic simplicity and the elemental beauty of the Cyclades, the architecture feels both restrained and deeply emotive. Curved walls create softness and movement throughout the spaces, while oversized full-height doors frame the surrounding landscape and invite light, air, and silence to move gently through the house.
Spaces reveal themselves gradually, creating moments of openness and retreat, intimacy and expanse, light and shadow. This is architecture designed not simply to be admired, but deeply felt.
At the centre of the residence, an internal courtyard anchors the composition — drawing the outdoors inward and allowing the house to breathe naturally with its surroundings.
Paths lead quietly down towards Lia Beach and the island's more secluded coves, while the residence itself remains immersed within the stillness of the Serifian landscape.
