Our Story
How it began
Before Atelier Cicadas, there were nearly two decades spent within the world of luxury hospitality—creating highly personalised stays for an international clientele through some of the industry’s leading brands and companies.
With time came a clearer understanding: the most memorable stays are rarely defined by excess, but by the quiet harmony between villa, place, and experience. Gradually, the focus shifted towards a more considered way of hosting—intimate in scale, attentive in detail, and deeply connected to place.
Atelier Cicadas emerged as a more personal expression of all years spent in luxury hospitality—bringing together homes defined by character, atmosphere, and a strong sense of place. The collection begins with a considered selection of villas across Greece, each shaped by its setting and the way it is meant to be lived.
The name came from Greece itself. The cicada—that persistent, unseen presence woven into the soundscape of summer—became a natural emblem. Something felt rather than seen. Atmosphere. Presence. The intangible quality that separates a beautiful stay from one that lingers long after it ends.
